Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoonPatch website, account dashboard, and billing portal (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Lucas Uriel Acosta ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the SoonPatch macOS application is separately governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@soonpatch.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

SoonPatch is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions are processed and managed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
  • You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund of your current billing period if requested within 7 days of a charge. Requests made after 7 days of a billing cycle will not be refunded. No refunds are issued for prior billing periods.

To request a refund, contact support@soonpatch.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the SoonPatch website and dashboard are the property of Lucas Uriel Acosta. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services (including Lemon Squeezy for payments and Claude CLI for local processing). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCAS URIEL ACOSTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in your account dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@soonpatch.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
